В общем, договор купли продажи это важное. А деньги можно на свой счёт перед оплатой со счета жены перевести или вообще нал. Но больше 10к если, нужно вроде бы подтверждение источника денег
Странно говорят что поменяется владелец в зависимости от того откуда бабки пришли
+ есть история с лимитом переводов от жены мужу (и наоборот). там, конечно, сотня тысяч, но тем не менее. поэтому и рассматриваю варианты
